Knowledge Corruption

The indian classroom based school system has completely and thoroughly corrupted ALL knowledge – Science – maths , electronics, etc; Arts- music, painting, sculpting etc. , languages- english hindi etc all of them- totally corrupted

in schools, all knowledge has been secretly split into ‘the grammar’ and ‘the application’.

and secretly, -the school system is only teaching the grammar. because its easy to grade and easy to ‘rote-learn’ ; they are never telling the public about the split itself !

no one is teaching any application – of maths, or of sciences, electronics, even engineering is in same boat- all engg colleges are teaching the ‘grammar of engineering’ . music- same thing- no one is banging on the drums – they are learning the nuances of swara’s

the surprising corrolarry is – all scientists doing real science, all engineers doing real; engineering- they are doing it ‘in-spite-of-the-system’ and all are self taught !!

i stumbled across this looking at tannu’s maths and science books.
they are heavily teaching the grammer of maths- add div subt multiply,
tannu doesnt know when to add and when to multiply- the application is lost to him.
but if u give him 2 numbers and tell him ‘add them’ – he can !

i have a engg friend who calls himself a ‘maths wizard’ – i asked him – how does one write the differential equations for a natural phenomena – he didnt have a clue.
i had secretly asked him an ‘applied-maths’ question – he konws the ‘book-maths’ terribly well.

ditto for fresh electronics/computer engineers i see in the company -
they are unable to decompose problems into known parts !!
if i tell them – write a linked list for this- they can
but they cant figure it out in the 1st place – looking at the raw problem
